Hermann & Cross Ltd is a foremost provider of asset integrity, engineering services and maintenance services with high volumes of clients in the oil & gas, power and the manufacturing sectors and therefore Top Management is committed to delivering exceptional asset integrity and maintenance services to our clients across various industries. This Quality Management Policy outlines our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability in all aspects of our operations by:

  1. Customer Feedback: We are committed to delivering services that meet customers’ requirements and expectations and we target at least 70% customer survey feedback returns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Products and Services: We shall continuously monitor our product and services with a benchmark of 70% for vendor performance and customer feedback surveys returns on our products and services.
  • Employee Development and Training: Our employees are our most valuable assets. We will conduct yearly competency assessment to identify knowledge gaps of Staff in our operational processes and technical areas for improvement and we target to achieve 80% of our Staff Training Plan.
  • Compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements: We are committed to achieving a minimum of 99.99% compliance in applicable legal, regulatory, statutory requirements and industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: We shall embrace a culture of continuous improvement for the effectiveness of our services through the periodic monitoring of our Quality Objectives and Targets; yearly QMS internal and external audits, quarterly management reviews and implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
  • Workplace Safety: We shall implement proactive measures to prevent and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks at our workplaces by targeting 80% Staff attendance at regular safety briefings and implementing safety protocols and procedures.
